Delivery

The majority of orders are currently despatched within the UK.  If you are outside the UK, please send a message to discuss shipping requirements.  We will do our best to help.

Please message me to discuss your requirements.  I aim to complete commission tasks as quickly as humanly possible.

We ensure our items are well packaged and certificates of posting are always obtained. Should a package arrive damaged, or fail to arrive at all, please contact us to discuss.

All items are sent presented in a way I would like to receive them - ie wrapped in tissue paper and in attractive packaging.  Occasionally I will up-cycle a box for larger items.

I will happily gift wrap a purchased item - see photo above (the box contained a black cat stuffie).  I use either silver, blue or kraft wrap which will include a gift tag and card with your completed message if this option is chosen.  If you would like to include gift wrapping, pleased add it to your cart.
