WORKSHOP BOOKING & CANCELLATION Policy

Full payment for workshops is required at the time of booking to secure your place.  You can pay using the secure link on the website.  As long as there are places left, workshop bookings can be made up to 24 hours in advance of the workshop commencing.  After booking and payment, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging your booking.  Two weeks prior to the workshop you  will receive another email with details for the day.

Our best efforts are made to price the workshops as fairly as possible to offer fantastic value for money.  We therefore have to have a clear cancellation policy to ensure that we cover our costs.  Workshop bookings are non-refundable, but the cancellation policy below helps to accommodate changes.  Please check your diary carefully to ensure you are available to attend any workshops you book.

Circumstances can change, of course and if for some reason you are unable to attend, we will do our best to accommodate changes:

If you need to cancel a workshop:  If you are unable to attend and it is more than 14 days in advance of the workshop, we will endeavour to:

• transfer your booking to a similar workshop on an alternative date
• ask you if you know of anyone who might take your place
• contact anyone on a waiting list to see if they might take your place

less than 14 day's notice:  unless you can find someone to take your place, or if there is no one on the waiting list, I am afraid we will be unable to offer a refund at this late stage.

If we need to cancel a workshop:  In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a workshop we will aim to give you as much notice as possible - a minimum of 24 hours.  We will do our utmost to rearrange the workshop to a future date,  or offer a full refund.  We will not be held liable for any other costs or expenses that you may incur in the event of a cancellation by us.
